April 18, 200718 yr Pretty psyched getting the first of hopefully 2 "new" soobies. Just got a silver 2003 L Special Edition with 41K on it. Rides really nice. My second should be a 95 Legacy LS sedan - hopefully my commuter car where the 03 will be the family weekend car. I really like the 2.5 - just have to see if my gas mileage will be decent...
April 18, 200718 yr YAY another 2.5 fan Remember the gas mileage is always better then a full size SUV. nipper
April 19, 200718 yr Yup. But look at what he's gonna' use for his daily driver! hell if i had a justy or a swift or a 79 civic ild use it as my daily driver. We just broke 3.00 a gallon here nipper
April 19, 200718 yr 3.15 here in olympia, washington...not cool. The diesel jetta/golf is more attractive to me every day...I may be going to the dark side this summer. 25 miles per gallon just doesn't cut it for me.

Enjoy you sub, don't get used to that engine sound 3000 to 4000 rpm
April 19, 200718 yr Author I'm actually gonna really drive it today as yesterday was my wife's day with it. Gonna fill the tank and do about 80 miles round trip at 65. Can't wait to see what this puppy can do. My Ford Taurus 3.8 gave me about 20mpg highway doing 70, so this one should be much better.
April 19, 200718 yr Author Hey nipper - I'm in northern NJ and gas is still $2.60 where I'm at. I don't think it will stay there for long, but there's always about a .30 cents difference between where I'm at and NYC.
