who is SRP and how could they be more important than RXCPNW, we have more letters then they do . . . duh

Its mainly a tint shop in Auburn, that is run by a longtime Subaru guy. Usually throws a kickin' BBQ. All the impreza kids show up to it.

 

Also, SRP is having their BBQ at Branks, and they are closed Sundays. Yeah, weird... a BBQ at a restaurant? Atleast its a BBQ joint. Pretty darn good too, we ate there on Dave's (SRP guy) recomendation after getting my wifes 2.5rs tinted at SRP.

 

So... It won't be on 4/20.

Right, I just looked at the thread again (NASIOC) and he said its on a Saturday. So really, a date hasnt been set in stone yet.

I suggest going to VTR in Everett. They are closer to you. Russ can also vouch for them.

When I tried to get SRP to tint my RX a year ago, I couldnt get a answer from him so I went somewhere else.

Couldn't we meet at SRP, since its already a subie party...with food

Yeah the guys at VTR are awesome. If you want their number, PM me. Cost me $370 for tinting and Hella Supertones installed on my RX. Tint was $189 + $50 to remove the old nasty purple tint from the back window, $62 for the horns and then like $20 for install I think?

 

I went with 35% on the front windows (going to go with %15 here soon) and 15% on the back 3 windows. Good quality and they have a lifetime warranty from bubbling and wrinkling:banana:

 

 

For going to the SRP meet for the RX guys... ehh I dunno. Its nice to go hang out with the Impreza guys but its not "personal" enough for the RX owners, plus I hate dealing with ******************s about my "old Subaru":rolleyes:

I drive an impreza, and still feel the way you do as an RX owner. An 01 L, even with a scoop, might as well be an old RX in most of their eyes.

Yup.

Mostly because its a Harley. If I had got a import it would have been paid off a few years ago.
