January 5, 200917 yr I have a 91 Legacy wagon AWD NA. My struts are toast and Im riding on the coils. Just wondering what other makes, models and years of subarus will bolt on ? Meaning.... will a 96 outback strut fit? A 95 Legacy strut fit? Etc. I need all 4 struts , front and back replaced.
January 5, 200917 yr 91 thru 94 fronts will work, and all the way thru 1999 fronts i believe can be used. the 91 had a specific rear struts, just for that 1 year. Rear struts only from 1991

January 6, 200917 yr 90-99 Fronts are bolt on from legacy or outback....obviously you'll get a lift w/the '96 - '99 Outbacks. '98 - '04 Foresters are also rumored to fit...there are pics on here somewhere....don't know about Imprezas. Remember to mark the top(?) bolt as it adjusts the camber for the front suspensoin. Put it back where you found it and you shouldn't need it re-aligned. The rears will need the top hats changed for '95 + (didn't know the '91s were unique), or you can 'ghetto' it like I did and just drill one hole - 10K miles and no issues. good luck
