March 19, 200917 yr they are 3.4" taller than stock, giving you a 1.7" lift from where you are at currently.... but they should fit no problem on ea82 wagon..... http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
March 19, 200917 yr Author I could stand it being raised an inch if the tire and wheel combo im thinking about fills the fender gap. Hey mick, if i used the factory aluminum wheels like on your tahoe, do you think i would need longer lug bolts to get to the edge of the wheel.
March 19, 200917 yr my track tires are 225/55r16. And they're big. it's been so long since I've had a stock-height subaru, it's hard to say how much clearance you'll have, but I'll tell you they won't tuck in the fender wells easily (and not with 4-lug wheels, you won't get the offset right). I had them on stock WRX wheels last summer, and the offset was too high, and they rubbed on the trailing arms in the back, with very little clearance between the tire and the fender. go out with a measuring tool, and see if you've got enough room for the tire to be that much bigger in every dimension, and assume that it will hit the edge of the fender.
March 19, 200917 yr Author Yea chux i know what your talking about. I just cant wrap my mind around the offset. Mick had a sex of 15x8 chevy wheels we tried on my car and they stuck out about an inch. The wheels im looking at are the 6lug aluminum wheels from a stock tahoe 7 inches wide. 6 on 5 1/2. The offset on the factory wheels just seems different then aftermarket wheels. I honestly wont know until i get 1 dam wheel knock out 2 lugs on my car and line her up. Tires i can always get smaller but this wheel is where im trying to go.
March 19, 200917 yr This one has 225/60/16s but it has a 2" lift on it Jeff Edited March 19, 200917 yr by one eye
