Scored one while at work yesterday thanks to the Scooby. I was wondering if it will go onto a gen 2 brat. . . Anybody know?

 

Looks like it might not clear the bumper.

I have an A bar off of an 84 hatch, its yours if you want it.

 

 

Provided the gen 1 bar doesn't fit of course.

I tried to put a Gen2 A Bar on my very first Subaru which was a '79. It would not fit. The engine crossmember on the Gen2's are wider.

Thanks Noah, I'll keep that in mind. I'm hoping to need it for a second project that's coming up. A cabin mobile.
