I am wondering if my FMIC will fit I don't have the car yet so I can't just walk out and measure. what I have is a 27x5.5x2.25 Ebay cooler. I'm thinking about replacing the grille with it the 27inch length is to the end of the in/outlet. If I cant replace the grille I will probably put it behind the grille.

There really isn't any room in either of those places and I doubt you will get it between the headlight buckets when you add the couplings for the inlet/outlet. Best option with these cars is a top mount but if you are set on a fmic the it's pretty much got to go below/behind the bumper.

Darn I was hoping this would work. the grille on my rx looks like it went missing at some point. perhaps I could have the in/outlets moved to the back of the cooler.

It would have to fit under the radiator, behind the bumper/lower valence.

You dont want to block ait flow to the rad, bad juju for a EA82T.

oh well top mount it is.

you can mount it facing down if you have a way to channel air to it.
