ea82 PS pump mounted to ea81 motor?

Yes - I know it can be done. Mudrat has done it before, so I know it's possible. Besides that the EA81T's had em, so it makes sense.....

Yeah the EA81T used the same or very similar ps pump but there maybe a difference in the bracket.

The pump is the same (as so many things are) between the EA81T and the EA82, I've actually got a new EA82 pump going on my freshly rebuilt EA81T. The only prolem with a standard EA81 is that you need to either come up with a different alternator bracket, or modify the origonal one, and or make a new base plate for the 82's pump because thw holes aren't right, one or the other, I can't remember right now without fishing through the dark for parts to line up. I can have an accurate answer in the morning though.
