LegacyT
I've driven both first gen Legacy's GC8's and 2004 STi's, I can say that chassis engineering and stiffness has come a long way in those years. Which leads me to ask, how to RX owners feel about the rigidity of their cars? does the interior crackle on cold winter mornings? Subafreak
Damn it Mark! Would you please take off that picture of your Legacy, it's remindes me of what I want mine to look like when I finally get it back together. But really, I think it looks awsome. XSNRG
It's better than my GL-10 wagon. the RX seems to be much lighter.
gravelRX
I can put the floor jack in front of the rear tire and the whole side will lift with the rear wheel about 5" off the ground. I can open and close both doors without any problem. I know the history of this car. It's lead a pretty tame life. That's soon to be over. WJM
They seem to be pretty rigid...as my GL-10 is too. But the WRX and STi are way more stiffer, stock.
