I need to replace the shocks and struts on my non lifted 82 GL wagon 4x4 4 speed. I would like opinions on what make everyone likes. I just want to get it right the first time. Thanks in advance :-p

My 82 4x4 wagon 4 speed sputters after I turn it off then finally shuts off. I had the timing adjusted at the shop and it still makes this embarrassing noise. What is it and how do I fix it????
