  12. you can select which horn you want to honk! louder higher note for city driving, lower more "polite" tone for country cruizin. kinda like the roadrunner horn but with the 2nd "meep" lower -mike
  13. the pic on tony's home page? thats brian's '78(thesubarujunkie). i gave the guy(wes) the address to the board so maybe he'll join up soon. -mike
  14. as far as i know, all the horns are the same from ea-71 to ea-82 cars. i have a couple of horns from each style and all appear to be the same. i even replaced my non-working horns in the '75 with some from a '85(i think) and they work great. i love the country/city selector! -mike
  15. oh, i met a guy with gen1 mudflaps(2) that i will prolly get along with some other stuff, in trade for bicycle parts, so we'll see whats in this "good sized" box later this week(taillights, dash stuff, other random gen1 parts). mmmmm stuff:D -mike
  16. they didn't happen to have any gen1 parts, did they? -mike
  17. caboob, it's a 510 wagon, i think i have some pics if you like. baja, i have my grill emblem, but no rear (alltho i have a metal 4wd tag form a gen1 brat), and i will be at wcss6, and likely so will my car. it will be RAD! -mike

  20. does that mean i could get my brush guard p.coated when it's done(is it done?)? how much extra will that run me? -mike
  21. we built something similar to that using an old heater blower, a coat hanger, a wall light switch, and some pvc pipe then put it on a chevy sprint, called it a "turbo". worked good for a few laughs -mike
  22. everything on the car seemed to be original, and i think there was only one little dent(somewhere), and a crack in one tail lense:( oh, thats my red wagon:D -mike http://usmb.net/gallery/album250
  23. got some pics but my camera really sux right now the ones on the roof rack are "back-up" lights, aimed about 20-30 feet from the car. i'll try and get some installed on the front under the bumper for an idea. -mike btw it looks A LOT better in person(ask adam:-p ) http://usmb.net/gallery/view_album.php?page=1
