  1. Even with a stock sammy t-case there is some reduction in high range. Worked great in my old 84 wagon.
  2. Im running a Harbor freight 8000lb. Its the same thing as a MM only cheaper. Its a bit overkill.
  3. I had thought of that so i took apart a 5 speed D/R. There is no way to flip the diff in the tranny that i could see. If some one dose I would like to know how.
  4. I have a HF 8000# for my wagon. i got it 2 years ago and it hasnt failed me yet. its slow but works great. It picked my sprint straight up a tree on the third winding. its way more than you will ever need for a subaru.

    There is one in ashland that looks like it would be tons of fun. I think a justy would be great for wheeling. We took sprint off roading and it did alot better than we thought it would. and its only 2wd.-Robert

  10. About how far is the round trip there and back? I would like to go but need to know how much I need to get for gas and supplies. Also how the car doe from now and them. Anyhoo I am sure I will be going and robert will be riding. Matt
  11. I have checked in a 4 speed D/R and the diffs are different. I dont know if the 5 speed D/R if the same. -Robert
