i don't know how large of tires you'll want. but they are only 27x9.5" super swamper ssr's on 14"pug steel rims. i just purchased them and by the time i sell them they'll only have about 1600 miles on them. brand spankin' new tires. i'm doing a complete revamp of my car and a lot larger wheels and tires are coming with it.

oh god if i could i would! but the powers that be don't like me i guess. but i'll get 4 day weekends off and can trek up there for 2 days of wheeling! and take leave too. but for now i gotta organize so i can wheel the hardcore and intermediate here in az and So Cal.

theres plenty of wheeling that i know of from LA down. depending on how mod'ed out your car is, or willing to modify. is how difficult of trails we can run. mine hopfully soon will have the whole drivetrain and lift revamped bigger and badder! how far south are you willing to travel? in the next several months i might have a lift and full set of tires and rims for sell too if you are interested? depending on how this next series of mods go.

hey i skipped over most the post, but if you want the d/r range on an ea71 motor check my web site. it should have all materials needed. 4speed d/r only not the 5 speed uless you change the motor. off the top of my head: ea71 83 or newer 2wd bellhousing and flywheel and clutch, the starter must be on the side. the starter off of the 83 or newer car w/sidemount starter engine mounts from the 2wd motor or modify your mounts, to fit new bellhousing. ea81 clutch cable ea81 tranny crossmember is a good idea but not needed. check my website it should have more detail. have a nice day!

well it'll be the same length as for the naches stomp and romp run. the 12th through the 15th. i will be camping along with everyone that wants too. so yes it's a camp out not a day run! lots to explore and take care of that major itch to go wheeling!! it's a weekend thing.

Ok i'm going to be stationed at Yuma, AZ, for 4 years. dead center of these 2 areas. i am attempting to put together a small 4x4 club. all who are interested please tell me. The club will be family oriented. goals: to promote subaru 4x4ing and other forms of wheeling. regular 4x4 outings and get togethers. cluster a group of help so that the southwestern wheelers (but not limited to the southwest, the whole west side of the country is included) will have a network to get there vehicles modified and fixed. This club won't be just open to subaru's but all vehicles. preferably subaru but not mandatory. different degree of difficulty trail runs, certain equipment requirments will be mandatory for some trail runs. Club Name at the moment would be: West Coast Stompers

well by a unanimous vote. i guess evans creek. upper 311 sounds like a challenge. i have to try it since i couldn't last time, do to an axle starting to fail. plenty of trails and most people seem to really like it there. so evans creek! since most of you are down from that area anyways. now i'll be coming from the north early in the afternoon or morning with a convoy out of Marysville, Everett area, on friday the 12th. all interested in meeting up with us speak up or straggle on down. everyone will have to get a forest pass on the way. Trail marathon here we come! what trails do you all want to do? I would like to go hit all the harder ones first. cause i have a new digi camera with about 125 pics to take for my new web page! and a massive trail itch!!

Do to fire hazard and fire all trails in naches ranger district are closed to motorized use!! (thank you for telling me turbone)well this kills the trail ride being held there. but no fear new plan is being set in place. here are the options: Evans Creek ORV Park Elbe Hills ORV Park Walker Valley ORV Park Reiter Pit/Sultan Basin Area These are the options at hand. Let no man or fire stand in my way of getting to go 4x4ing!! especially since i've been away from my car and wheeling for 2 long. Evans Creek is down south of tacoma and so is elbe hills. Walker and reiter areas are more up north of seattle. either way i will be running a trail run mid week up lake isabele trail once again. last time i was up there it was winter and we started getting into snow after the log bridge. the goal is to complete the trail. 14 days and counting, are you ready??

well that will definately suck but, if it is closed. then either Evans Creek, Walker Valley, Elbe Hills or Reiter pit will be where we will go!! i'm camping and wheeling that weekend and no fire will stop me!!!
