ok im gonna go with the coolant sensor, now one question? where is it? i see a sensor under alternator but it only has 1 lead, i asume thats for the gauge and not the computer sensor? this is on a ej22 engine Thnx Again, Mark

in my car the electric rad fans come on as soon as i start car and stay on also on start it runs real rough do you think it could be sensor? a/c is not turned on when this happens Thnx, Mark

i have a '91 Legacy Wagon, I am looking at a indash OEM cd/cass/radio unit from a '99 Legacy/outback, It's a Panasonic, same as the OEM on my car, anyone know if it'll fit and if the wiring harness will connect up? also any idea on where to find a manual for the thing? Thanx, Mark

The Blower in My Legacy is only working on 'high' i think it's the motor itself? any other ideas? also does anybody have any tips or tricks or diagrams on how to replace it? and where i might be able to buy a new resistor unit cheep? Thanks, Mark

I bought a 91 Legacy bout 3 years ago, I have NEVER seen the CEL come on, on start or not, it didnt come on when the head gaskets went, nor when the ECM went bad? isnt it sposed to come on sometime? thanx, Mark

I have a '91 Legacy Wagon, replaced engine & ECU in Feb. it just started to 'surge' a bit at idle & when I go up a long steep hill it 'lugs' out & stalls I can get it started again & It'll run fine I disconnected Bat. for 7 hours to remove memory in ECU, any other ideas? Thanx, Mark

how'd you make out?

It wouldn't surprise me if your Adapter is the problem, if you can get it out I bet the radio will work, i think the radio is stuck somewhere between radio and tape and doesnt know what to do
