  1. Thanks for the advice, hitting the pull and save this week and if they have any, I am all over them, plus some other items.
  2. Been searching the forums and all over the internet in general with no luck. Thanks in advance.
  3. I have a set on my Tundra, live on the east side of WA, and agree with the above review, but I will say they wear on the outside edge easily, and every Tundra I have seen with them on has the same problem. Sidewalls are weak and the tires tend to roll to the outside edge a little when cornering. Now this might not be a concern at all for lighter vehicles then a 4 door, 4wd Tundra, but I thought I would pass it on.
  4. Well I would be shooting for a "low" mileage, rust free car, I am guessing that would drive the price up more.
  5. Preferably one with no real work to be done on it. Just a stock 5 speed 4wd car that is nice and road worthy.
  6. Here's my idea, pull a motorcycle camper trailer! Most use the same type of hitch setup and a lot of the websites include the fact that they are good behind smaller cars. Here are a few examples for starters. http://www.roadmancampers.com/ http://www.litetentcamper.com/ http://www.wikco.com/timeout.html http://www.bf-specialties.com/
  7. No room for that many, we barely have room for a 4 door Tundra and 2 motorcycles now!
  8. my wife thinks a good idea to buy a second, nicer, one!
  9. I have some time this weekend, Saturday or even better yet, Sunday.
  10. I don't know where a good block is, but I say lets figure it out and meet up! My sube is no where near ready for wheeling at this point, but we can still get together to wrench, or bs or whatever.
  11. Thanks for the input, I am gonna call around some more, but so far it hasn't been promising. For the record, I searched numerous different strings of words and got stuff that wasn't even related to windshields at all.
  12. So I need to replace the windshield on my wagon. Never done it before, but it doesn't look too difficult to do. I have access to a cold knife, and the local pull and save has a few subes and only charges $22 for a windshield. Is it worth my time to do myself? Is it tougher then it looks? Glass places want over $200 to do it and not carrying full coverage on the car.
  13. If it works out, great. If not, no worries. Being a dad myself, I totally understand.
  14. I need to do my clutch as well....yeah I know, shameless dropping of the inviting myself to check out your working on yours.
