yup i go there at least once/month.....the strip is not like any other....and since ive never seen a 3dr in the yard i suppose its for that DL only.....who knows ...

Anybody out there have or know of a place were i can get a windshield strip for my 87 DL..3dr,....passenger side ..lenth + top elbow piece...ive hit a few yards without any luck....the length strip has a raise lip to channel the splash from the window blades......i ck'd out a sub dealer and they want $70 for the elbow/strip....talk about your rip off's...... sparkster

i have a 2bbl in my DL ...got it cleaned up and she does allright...its a crap shoot spark.................

thanks iam putting this info in the vault....i have a lot to do to the hornet... right now iam fighting oil leaks but there no big deal....iam on the fence weather i should get a crake engine or not ...the heap has almost 208k she's fine once i get her up on crusing past 60' for a stretch..any idea's or should i just run her until she blows......my guy at Brian's in des moines,wa says she's good for 250k or 300k....who knows..spark

ok so i need a lift kit...right.....how much would you think that would run me for my 87 DL.....

ok you guys don't laugh to much iam new here.....as you can see my 87 Dl has stock 13's....i have les schwab struts in the front that have givin my front a slight raise...i would like to go to a 14 or 15 without major lift'g...is that possible? also can someone recommend some tires for me..... sparkster

yup yup i had the same prob over a yr ago in the green hornet (87 DL.2bbl,3dr)....it was my 2bbl....it did it only on right hand turns every time...and yes i blew chunks lol it was my carb....i had it cleaned and blown out by my guys at Brians"in des moines,wa....those dudes now suub's.....sparky

nice rig ..but common a car is only worth what someone is willing to pay....$3k no way......maybe $1500...still nice rig....good luck Spark...........

ok ok...ive had syn in my 87 DL for 3 yrs....i use quackerstate 4x4 blend/10-30 No runs,no burning,no smell.....clean as a whistle.... iam hitting 208k soon... sparkster:headbang:
