  1. took 2 months....with about 60 hours of actual work in it. its a stock factory boost guage from SUBARU(WRX and STi)
  2. the plan is to stick the good hooisers on the white rims, the other hooisers on the set thats on there now...I have another set of rims like that with Khumos already on them....and put streets on the steelies i have and run the stock RX wheel covers.
  3. This is an autocross car...and daily driver right now. I'm WAY too hard on the brakes for wheels to ever be clean.
  4. Lights and fender on...Tom said get the grinder out...I said no, it lines up perfectly. "Holy ***** it does!"-Tom Bumper, trim peice and hood latch/center support. Hood on...awaiting night to fall for more parts to be installed... Grille, Airdam.... My "new" boost guage.... All de-decaled (cept for Solo2 stickers) and mostly clean... Mad T1T3 JDM pics! Next...a good wax job, and some proper autox stickers....and an intercooler.
  5. Before I really starting mod'ing it...way back in Dec of '04 CCR Autox back in...March? Thanks Timmah for the Pic! At a CCR event... The day it happened... Finally got it torn down...it sat like this for the next 6 weeks or so... All the parts from the donor car (1987 GL-10 Sedan, also white ) ready to go on... RX loaded with spares and other parts...along with the transmission project on the ground there...and MORE stuff behind it. Finally, all emptied out and on the lift to get put together. YAY! Its welded on!
  6. Oversteer: Front: -3.0 deg camber a TON of castor 350 lb spring 0 Toe Rear: 0.0 camber 1/2 inch toe out 450 lb spring If THAT doesnt give you enough oversteer...I dont know what will.
  7. First, its running again. Second, 9.5:1 shortblock under the factory turbo stuff. Stock boost, setup as the 1985~1986 spec boost control...aka a line going from compressor cover to the wastegate actuator. Third, SuperPro front control arm, leading rod, and rear trailing arm bushings. Fourth, special custom fab peice to give the RX a TON more castor utilizing a 'spacer' with the leading rod. It handles SO much better when combined with #3 up there. Fifth, new decal scheme comming soon...featuring WJM Rallye Sport, Top Speed, imprezagirl.com, and a few others. Nothing big and fancy or flashy, but just some items on the car to recognize sponsors and support....in the meantime it only features SCCA Solo2/ProSolo required decals for SM Class competition. Thats all for now....pics would be posted but I cant find my USB camera cable.
  8. something like that. I did spend $40 today and filled up on 93 tho.
  9. doesnt matter, I've got a 3way cat in it. They cant do anything about it. lol
  10. Um, no. C16 is a 116 octane LEADED race only fuel.
  11. Its NOT busted anymore! But its currently slow...no intercooler and its VERY untuned...its least its safe and has a tank full of C16 right now, so it shouldnt blow up.
  12. Ummmmm....classified. I'll know when i actually DRIVE the car like its an RX instead of a ticking time bomb.
  13. Well, screw the FSP junk.. back to SM with a 9.5:1 block.
  14. Well, engine #1 stripped out the threads in the block for the head bolts... (YES i cleaned and lubbed the threads) and then...engine #2 magically used up 4 qts of oil and locked up. Engine #3....unknown...going to be putting it together soon.
  15. These EA82 Powered Gen 3 Leone's are absolute PERFECTION. That is all..... Cliff notes: The RX gets SuperPro bushings...total install takes less than 2 hours......the engine is in...the body is back together....soon, it will run. Yes, pics to come.
  16. I thought all RS's were FT4WD single range, MPFI with turbo as an option. White, spoiler, air dam....no side skirts. There is an RS up in asheville...its got FT4WD down the side, and its got a FT4WD trans.
  17. Hold on, I have to final pricing and contact the people who got in the group buy....
  18. Thats right! Our SuperPro bushing order has FINALLY arrived! I'll need to sort them out and get the final pricing before I can send any out....I didnt get an invoice with pricing on it.
