Look into the Quarter trick to block off the ASV's

GD has a good diagram somewhere on here. I mimicked it and havnt had an issue since.

re-do / check your pcv setup & hoses. thats likely the issue.

I havnt run into this personally, but I do think I remember reading something posted by GeneralDisorder a while back explaining how to free broken manifold bolts... maybe try searching posts filtered by his UN? SB

Update: OEM unit was $26 and snapped into place in less than 2 minutes...... Wow, guess I'll be buying OEM parts from now on. Cant believe I wasted all that time filing down an inferior product. Still looking into how the ball&chain cruise control thing hooks to the pedal, but at least its drivable now
