  1. I just purchased a 2014 Impreza; imagine how happy I was when i found out the engine (2.0) has a timing chain!
  2. Evidently I bought it off of ebay years ago, so its not in the original box just the numbers on the side. Its new, not used and I'm not sure why I bought it. Anyway thanks for the replies; for sale btw best offer plus shipping.
  3. Going through my parts to start selling, and I found this. I must have had it for years; its new in the box with minimal info and I don't recall where I got it.....
  4. One of my '86 Brats had the side steps. (now sold) My current '86 does not!
  5. Interested in the gl 10, where are you located and what is the current price? Shoot me an email at waterboy222@aol.com i dont get on here much.

  6. Im interested in your 88 Gl 10 Turbo sedan ! call me

  7. Full time 4wd no diff lock or dual range. No rust! Rare for an east coast car. I can get some more pics if still interested...

  8. Dual Range?Diff-lock?Other closer photos so that one can assess rust situation if any?I have a feeling it will be snatched up pretty quick.Thanks.

  9. Dragging my feet on registering, but we have that weekend open this year. We will probably will bring the 88 GL-10 Turbo Sedan, and the Brat. Is anyone planning to camp out this year? Toying with the idea....
  10. Not sure of the length, but Gates belt p/n #9480 works for that A/C. Maybe they can cross reference that for you.
  11. Well the pump could be a dying, but a while back my '89 SPFI fuel pump started making noise. All that I did was remove the pump from the bracket to see if it was clogged. I ended up snapping two of the bolts btw, had to drill them out and retap. Anyway I reinstalled it with new hardware and the noise was gone, ran fine. Go figure.
  12. Update. I took Gloyale's advice and bought that tranny on ebay...it was a BRAND NEW 4EAT IN THE CRATE for $99.00!! I had to drive to Pittsburgh (4 hrs) but it was worth it. Thank you Gloyale!! I owe you one. My biggest regret was replacing this tranny by myself in the driveway. I think I "earned" some subie stripes by doing this btw- ha. What a pain in the a@@... But the wife is happy, her turbo sedan is back on the road. BTW I have a used 4EAT with only 75K on it needs a new oil pump. Now a lawn ornament...Free!
  13. OK I dumped my seafoam supply off at the recycler. I begged forgivness of my subies and am in search of CONKLIN. Also, I wanna get one of those 18 wheeler diesel engine ENGINE OIL FILTRATION SYSTEMS that help Conklin rock so much. Ya.
  14. Well I'm sold with an endorsment like that!! Gotta find me some Conklin now...
  15. Not sure if this link will work for you, its a training link at my workplace. Its decent basic usage guide. http://fist.faa.gov/AFCoursesAndExams/CourseDownloads/AMA-420/Fluke_199C_Training/Menu.html
