Yeah the rear inner arches are pretty much clean..surprisingly. The only problems I had were with the bolts in the fender those were so bad they just broke off haha. I have a cutting wheel so I was doin ok. The lugnuts are a pain to get off, I broke two but couldnt get any of the others off.

Well, the hatch has finally made it into my garage! Work begins tomorrow on it.

He said he has to look for it. If he cant find it ill have to apply for a duplicat title

After close inspection, the kick panels are very solid on this car. The floor is a little rotted away but not too bad. Looks like thats the only rot I found so far, but Ill be able to see better on saturday when I rip the carpet and interior out to get at the floor.

AJ'S Towing in West Scranton

Well, I just called a towing company to see how much thye would charge to winch it on a rollback and bring it to me garage and they charge $50. I figure i will go this route because uhual wants 50 for the car transport and I will also avoid the hassle of loading it and tranporting it myself.

Yeah sweet, I am going to jack it on these parts just to be safe. Im not going to have time to get it today or tomorrow, Im going to get it as soon as I get out of work on friday afternoon.

Oh man Jon getting hit in the chest must of been a huge surprise! 1ST I think im going to try to get it started with a fresh battery and see what kind of luck that brings me. 2ND Ill try to fill the tires up with air and see if they hold any 3rd Jack it, put the spare and other hatch wheel I have and push if any of the other triess dont work Haha seems more trouble than its worth

Awesome, I will probably get one of these. The car isnt really buried perse, but the tires are falt. Its on flat paved ground. Im kind of worried about jacking it because of some of the rust that is on it. Whered the best place to jack it in the front to avoid damage?

Well the spare is in the hood. I plan on using that. I ahve one wheel from my old hatch,but theres a nail in it, but i guess i can use slime in there and pump it. Wheres the best place to jack on kind of a rusted hatch? well I dont know if it will start..I would bring a fresh battery. What suggestions do you guys have on getting a car running that ahsnt been run in a couple years

Well, i ahvent gotten a cahnce to try to get it started yet. Its been sitting for a long time. I dont know if it will start even with a jump and starting fluid.

I need to haul it away on a car trailer that you can drive the car up on but, 2 tires are flat on it. Do you guys think if I had 3 guys pushing we can get it up the ramps and on to the trailer? The tires are dry rotted and not sure if they will hold air or not. Any suggestions?? Where can sheetmetal for the hatch be bought for cheap?

wheres the best place to get sheetmetal panels for the ea81's?

yeah i didnt see any carpet all metal so I think I should be ok there. Now I need 2 new fenders

haha yeah...Well im taking it sometime this week. Its definitely gonna be a project as its going to need some solidfying before it can be road worthy. Some rust and rot on it, but I hope it can be fixed with a few metal sheets. You guys have any suggestions???
