Got your PM, it looks like you will be stopping by the shop for the adjustments. you might want to put everything back together first and go to an alignment shop before you worry yourself to death. Also you may have your struts turned up! Yes your front struts are adjustable so please make sure to turn them down if they haven't been allready and then reply back. -
We have started a group buy for Baja Subaru lift kits at NASIOC. In order to join you can post in the thread. http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=923705 Here are the details: Yes, it is finally that time. Allied Armament http://alliedarmament.homestead.com/SubParts.html or www.alliedarmament.com is finally going to make a lift kit for the Subaru Baja. Finally everyone can use their vehicle for what it should have originally been built for. This lift kit will be able to accomodate both the turbo and non turbo vehicles and will be applicable to all baja models. The lift will be a combination of body and suspension lift, via blocks and will raise your vehicle to a total height of 4" for which you should be able to run 29" super swampers. The lift is going to be built specifically for this group buy, so there will be about a 1 month wait to receive the purchased item. Everyone who puts in there order will be the first people in the country to own a lifted Baja so you will have bragging rights. You will also get a introductory discount for being the pioneer purchasers of this lift. If you need more information on our products or our company (to make sure it is legitimate) you can ask questions in the forums at USMB.net or 1919a4.com , and if you have any questions please look in the thread liftQ's http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=889022 before posting in this thread. The group buy will start today and end January 29th. All forms of payment are accepted, and payments must be in full. If paying via paypal or via credit card please adjust your total by 3%. The pricing will be as follows: 1-4 people on the group buy: $595 5-7 people on the group buy: $550 8+ people on the group buy: $530 Thank you for your time, James Malarkey CEO Allied Armament www.alliedarmament.com

Huge Mud Run Oregon
Shadyirishmen replied to Shadyirishmen's topic in Meet n' Greet. Your USMB Welcome Center
Heres the plan we can all meet January 28th at the Roadrunner/chevron Gas station off HWY 30 in Scappoose OR. at 9:00am. The location is very easy to find because it is off the main hwy and it is just across the Hwy from the Highschool, and its one of the only gas stations in town. Another place would be the Fred Meyers parking lot. If anyone has suggestions please post them here, I would like to make meeting easy as possible. -
Its a 4" AA lift that is just like the other lifts for our older vehicles except has 5 or six extra components, it lowers the engine four inches (so yes we lowered the engine to match the lift). With this lift you have to run outback struts or forrester struts, because the stock legacy struts will not fit larger tires. Either way you lift it you will have to put the struts on it (sorry for the eplanation I put it on here for the newbies). The only difference is the Outbacks/forresters come with a factory 1.5" lift, the legacy's do not. Although you can adjust the camber for the lift so you should have no problems when you put the struts on without a lift. (maybe a little positive camber).

Oh so they do have a website! whats the link? Yes they are definitely doing another one on the 28th, I know the guy who owns the property. DUDE the mud put is frickin HUGE.... Lots of fun. -
Dodge raiders had them too. Same thing as an old montero only two doors. those guages are in a ton of vehicles in Costa Rica.

If anyone is Interested there is a HUGE mud run with over 1500 people in St. Helens Oregon on the 28th. The whole team from Allied Armament will be there along with a few other Subie purists that will be competing against everything the world has to offer. Anyone is welcome to come, but I am not sure how much entry is per vehicle I think it is $20. There are cars there like a dodge neon on a truck frame with 44"s... I will post more when I can. JM

Okay guys I am back from Costa Rica, but only for a couple days. Joe had no clue how to handle the group buy so I will send out PM's immediately. Sorry for the delay. PS, There are tons of old Subarus in Costa Ricas, also I saw the new dual range in person, there isn't enough of them there to warrant hunting in South America, so off to Australia. -
