ok i asked a new sube junk yard if they had a 2.2 complete with wire harness and ecu and yes they did quoted me a price of $750 just woundering if this is a good price

that's not a 35" swamper thats a 30" swamper and thats on my trail buggy 1835cc weberized vw on a prowler highjumper frame:brow: no they are not kumho's they are terra trac mt $400 for the set of 5 4 of which are 6 ply the spare is 4 ply and all 7 toy wheels

ea-81 i will give the seafoam a try but just sent my money order off for my new carb weber 38mm dgev with adapter 200 bucks woohoo. -

yes i did check the timming it's an 88 hatch 1800cc hicrappy carb the hesitation isn't real bad but it's enough to almost stall the engine when i cram the gas on from idle -
ok so i found a leaking intake manifold gasket. i replaced and the problem got a little better. i have replaced both fuel filters, checked all vacume lines the vacume advance unit on the disty put ngk v power plugs in (noticeable differance) but still have a hesitation in my carb could this be from a disty a tooth off. i bought the car for 300 bucks all that was wrong was a bad pickup coil so i replaced the disty and thought at the time that i could have gotten it a tooth off but it ran so didn't think any more about it but now looking back i'm having second thoughts any help would be appreciated i'm trying to make it to moab with everone else

hi mac have you checked the linkage on your tranny? on my 88 when i bought it there was no reverse i crawled under it and took that dang spring pin out and put a new one in and got reverse back:) -
thanx for the info guys and don't worry hassey i am competent enough to understand the whole idea i've been working on hot rod 4x4's for about 10 years but anyway thanx to all for the info by the way if anybody knows i'm looking for a 12 valve cummins diesel to convert into my 4wheel drive van ( yes the one in the picture) i'm actually converting it to a class b rv.:wave:

hey guys thanks for the replys i actually decided on 4" and bought my steel today don't know how much it was yet still haven't got the bill yet. i had one of my employees pick up the steel and he bought 1/4" instead of 3/16" but i figure it should work fine now i guess it's time to look up some good word to shout:lol: i do have one question for hassey will the 20degree measurement hold true for the 4" lift on the strut tower extensions:headbang: and also where do i find info for the steering shaft:cornfuzz:

ok i'm building a 6" lift for my 88 hatch already have some info but as you guys know you can never have too much any thoughts would be welcomed:banghead: :argue: :banghead:
