Im preparing to change front and rear diff fluid and the manual trans fluid. My question is where do you fill the trans at? Is it the same as the the front diff dipstick, or is it a different location? Its a 97 Impreza OBS, 2.2. Thanks

Use the dipstick hole.

Yes, through the dip stick hole

I used one of these;

 

pour slowly.

I used one of these for the rear diff.
