I just bought a new loyale. I cant get it to start. the fuel pump is only getting 1.00 at the fuel pump when cranking, and nothing at on. Would this problem be in the ignition switch? thanks

 

you would get a better response to this inquiry in the older gen section - Loyale is considered "old Gen"

Woops i read the section name wrong. Fixed it btw though i wacked the fuel pump with a wrench and it kicked on! 

For your reference, there are fusible links inside the plastic box mounted on the coolant resevoir incase weren't aware of that. They can develope loose connections at times and cause electrical outages.
