Hell everyone. Did a few repairs recently and would like to share with you.

Repairs:
Front KYB struts, bellows, top hat bearing assembly
Rear KYB struts, bellows, bushings (sorry no pics)
Rack and pinion w/ new mounting bushings
Beck Arnley ball joints
Moog outer tie rods
Beck Arnley wheel bearings/seals
New exhaust manifold gaskets
Passenger knuckle backing plate
Cap, rotor, NGK plugs and wires
Battery, alternator, battery cables

Sorry I do not have pictures for the following. I had recently busted a timing belt, so I bought the entire GATES t-belt component kit. Replaced rear lift gate support struts and blower fan resistor.

New exhaust manifold gaskets. (had to remove the manifold for the steering removal)

Had the knuckles hot tanked. Then new bearings and seals. Wanted to replace both backing plates and dealer said I bought the last one in the country. Thought it would be cool to add it in.

Do you have a part number for the kyb white bump stops?

Change your topic line to identify the year and model.  More searchers find it that way. BTW, where have you been purchasing your axle shafts?  I have been having problems with the ones I purchase.

Interested in how the HD axles work out for you, what brand are they?

Dig the Tron side stripes on your rig.

How do I edit my topic line?

I bought them from RockAuto

SURTRACK/TRAKMOTIVE SB9003HD (SB-9003HD)

The axles are bigger as you can see on the shaft. And it does get close to the sub frame. No unusual rubbing noises at full turn lock though, but it is close. Prior to these axles, I had a worn out pair that made noise. That noise went away immediately after I replaced the struts and ball joints. I think because there was a lot of slop in my front end. Then 4 months later I replaced all the other parts you see i.e. steering, bearings, etc. This made me think that when we buy replacement axles, every other suspension component should be inspected and also maybe replaced.

However, I have alignment appointment tomorrow and can report back with how it drives. I have only eyeballed my alignment and driven on side roads so far not exceeding 45 mph. I will get back about cruising speeds, cornering, braking, etc.

Do you have a part number of the blower fan resistor ?

Update:

Yesterday I got 4 new tires and an alignment. So far so good. Drives and handles eceptionally well, straight true and a lot more of a comfortable ride since almost every suspension component in the front has been replaced.

Curious if you got new coils for your struts or if you used the old ones. I didn't see them on your parts list, but thought I'd inquire anyway. Also, is it necessary to get new coils when getting struts? I can't seem to find them online.

The springs are no longer available. Not usually replaced with struts, which wear out a lot quicker. There is a thread or 2 about fitting springs from another car for stiffer / higher ride.

What Dave said. I think if your car has even ride height (no sagging or leaning) then the springs are ok. And if they aren't damaged in any other way too.

I reused my original springs.

What is the KYB number for the front shock absorbers ?
