EA82 Service Manual

Featured Replies

I'm looking at the pdf ea82 service manual that I have and it seems to be incomplete. Should there be a third part that covers body part components such as how to remove a heater core as an example? The 2 part manual I have just covers the drive train.

the original printed ones are 6 book sets.  I don't know of links or .pdfs  but others may.

I have seen the heater core replaced in an ea82 the whole dash from left to right came back into the cabin once most everything disconnected

Done by a guy without manuals just ability to pull stuff apart and get most together again

Key seams to be around two nuts and studs each end down low

Yes, have to remove the dash. Unbolt the steering column.

Search this forum. That has been asked and answered before.  May even find photos.  There are a couple of tricks to getting the dash off .

Thanks, Good to know there is a set of 6 manuals out there . Would like to find some of them. Is it possible to edit title of this post to say " Complete 6 volume EA82 Manual set wanted "

I have taken a heater core out of  Loyale on its way to the wrecker and if I remember correctly it involved a couple of crowbars and at least one stick of dynamite.
