I guess this piece was loose and my toddler found it and removed it for me. The white pieces spin. So is there a position they need to be in? How do I get it back on?

They released from the inside, if they won't pop out with reasonable fiddling from outside.  The turn into place in the black piece once they are off the body.  Then snap back on.

Mine is the same! New clips would be a good idea.

From inside, behind the panel you have to squeeze the little tabs and the clips will pop out.

Then you insert them into the trim, and then pop the whole deal back on.

No way to reinstall that without taking clips out or getting new ones.

I went through the hole in the rear cargo floor area and squeezed the clips out. They are not easy to get to. Thanks for the help guys.
