XT rear crossmember interchangeability.

Featured Replies

I just picked up a 86 XT turbo awd with a rusted through rear crossmember, I've had no luck finding a replacement, does anyone know if any other models used the same crossmember or know of one that would fit?

L series 4wd sedan (rare!) or wagon will be a direct replacement. Put your swing arms on for the swaybar and rear discs.

The L series 2wd will fit but needs the front diff mount welded on.

Cheers

Any EA82. Loyale, RX, XT, XT6, GL wagons

Holes in the XT6 mounts will be too large for the 4cy XT arms.

He needs parts from a 4cyl something.  Wagon, Sedan, or 3 door, or another XT

If you have problems finding one close, there is an XT in a yard about 3hrs from me.
