Help me find some in an aerosol can Mick and i will. If I cant, i'll just have to use some off-the-shelf red... probably from Ace.

I kinda like the white myself...

(But you already knew I was gonna say that:lol:   )

ok heres what needs to happen treat it to a bath first off and then go over it with a little primer once thats done go to the store get paint rollers and a gallon of paint and do it to it man.. joking should like nice

Mav, already ahead of you with the spray on rubber. IM gonna do under the doors and the fenders in either bed liner or the rubber.

For the rims, of course I'll primer! And at least 4 coats of paint. Aerosol will do just fine, no need for roller and a gallon.

I've gotten paint from both CarQuest and O'Reilleys.

any auto parts store that mixes paint can take the paintcode and make it up, and put it in a can....

paint code 45 does fade pretty good, but yours looks like it's still pretty decent shape.

usually $10/can...

Nice job on the photo choppin'.I think it looks great!I thought about doing something similar with mine when I get pugs, but I am going to powder coat mine white.

Hey Brian, when I painted the nose on my Hatch, I found that Duplicolor "candyapple red" was a perfect match. I'll try to dig up a leftover rattlecan to get the actual color code.

Man I don't know about the red ring around the wheels. From a distance it looks like beadlocks and I'm not crazy about imitation bead locks. But nevermind...just my opinion.

looks close to what i have on my wagon, dont worry its going to be changed by the time its running. I had some red rims too for a while i was thinking of doing the oposite of you though, red spokes and black lip. 1525Picture_017.jpg 1525Picture_007.jpg

If you scuff the rims really good and prime them, farm implement paint would be the stuff to use if you can find it in the right color. that stuff is about as bulletproof as paint comes if ya get the right stuff
