  4. ok I am still at work. it doesn't matter what plug I pull. I am going to scope test the fuel pump make sure it has a cisp signal and power feed. I know its an electrical issue now the problem what electrical feeds both injector banks and does not set a check engine light. I will let yall know if I find anything more but my heads starting to hurt from beating it agnist the wall I going home

I got a 91 corvette in the shop.. this thing will not dile for crap once it warms up. its got 42 psi of fuel pressure on a hot soak and 32 while running. it has a oem distributor new fuel filter, plugs and wires, and even a new crank sensor.. still running like crap.. exhaust isn't clogged. mass air flow is working, iac working fine baros good ect is good the only thing I got to go on at this point is when you unplug one injector on either bank it smooths out.. it has two injector driver modules on two seperate circuits. they don't even share a common ground which I checked on both. I am at my whits end on this thing I really want to unplug an injector and give it back to the customer. please help:mad:

  9. hun before you start working on paint colors and such you may want to think about correcting the cancer in timmy and the brat.. but I will get up there as soon as I can mabye bring my welder up to see what we can get done about the lift points

I had a problem with the connection to the computer at one point on my 84 cj check and make sure the terminals are making contact and none of the tabs are bent down if you can get by with that look fora ground if you have both and you said the cam sensor is new then I would start check for signal going to the pcm using a old school scope. nothing says this is your problem like looking at the wave form when it goes. put put scrump

  17. something I forgot to tell you tim.. if your looking for cheap patches go to junk yards and if they are going to crush an old chevy or ford pickup grab the hood you can get mabye five or six good patches out of them before you have to start squeaking on the metal. usally they will give them to you for free if there going to smooshided the car
  18. hey guys I have good and bad news. the good news is I am a classic subaru owner now. I got an rx over the weekend.. the problem lies in the fact that it used to belong to subyrally. it needs alot of tlc, a depressing amount infact. I got the starts of a rust problem a driveline problem and coolent issues. but hey every project starts somewhere:banana:

I am going to be helping old timmy out of fredrick maryland with his new brat project but she is far from garage kept, in fact were going to have to repair the lift points running from the unibody to the engine sub-frame.. I know how to handle that thats a cake walk, the part I am unsure about is located behind the drivers seat in the cab corner the rust is scawery. I am wondering if I am going to need to reinforce the whole mess to make this work or can I handle it like a floor pan cut out the bad and replace with good????

I will talk to my boy from up in maryland and see if he will meet me here and drive down all I can say is if it does happen the nminute you get back from there clean every square inch of your car. I took a blazer there a few years back and didn't think it would be a problem three years later the body rusted to nothing.. for the sake of your suby if you attend sweet but give your baby the care it deserves

  23. the first thing I would do is the good old shake test take the wiring and shake it and if it cuts off start tracing out what ever you have in your hand if nothing of the sort works look at the connectors and make sure that they are not bent and making poor connectors after that then instead of throwing parts at it start testing things seening if you have signal going to them and back from them. but start with the simple, go from that clicking under the dash. if nothing else works check to make sure you fuse pannel isn't comming apart ran into that with my blazer
