Found this carb advertised on ebay for ($180 US) he has offered to jet it as well and has an adaptor kit for ($35 US) does this seem good, ok? Is it ther right carby?

Yes, that will work. Altho you will have to remove most of your emissions stuff to make things work right. Do you have inspections for emissions?

Certainly nice condition; looks almost new. New sells for around $325US here in the states with adapter. Used will go for $100US to $175US depending on condition.
