BTW FYI a 84 wagon has the EA81, and is the same body shape as the Brat. I'm pretty sure a kit for a Brat fits right into a EA81 wagon too. Although the steering extension for P/S is different to manual steer.

Although the steering extension for P/S is different to manual steer. Most of the Brat kits fits a wagon, the rear shock extensions are different. They bolt differently to the wheel wells between the 2 cars.
April 20, 200718 yr SJR makes an awesome product. BYB is very well-built, but not as well designed. My BYB lifted wagon (EA82, but still very similar) tweaked the unibody every time we went out.

You really need to quit talking bad about that kit and take a look at the Ozified web site. The kit has been re-designed in the rear. Also. He's talking about an ea81, so your knowledge of the ea82 kits, whether on the mark or not, is irrelevant. period. I've installed 13? or the BYB/Ozified ea81 kits and I've never seen one have a defect. I've only seen bolts fall out, and that's because the user didn't go back and retighted them after a day or two. Scott's my buddy. I've never installed one of his kits, but I do know that Noah complained it was not that easy to install an ea81 SJR kit. The only problems I've had installing the Ozified kits was with rusty bolts. The "horse shoe" in the rear has been replaced by a longer shock.

But I'm the first to admit that my experience is mainly on EA82s. like I said, BYB kits are VERY well made. certainly no worries about defects. But I'd be a bit weary about the design. And my concern is not just about the rear. I see talk about redesign on his site. but the pic looks just like the kit that was on the PoopenVagon, which was the first EA82 kit to come stateside. I'm not knocking PKs work by any means. He makes an awesome product. I'm simply sharing my personal experience with ALL THREE companies with who I think makes the best product.
