Also, when I press the button to turn it off it wont go back in 2wd until I hit like 15-20mph and it makes that terrible explosion under my feet. Why? As has been mentioned it probably is tires,and it not just the same size tires either they all have to be from the same manufacturer a 185/70 13 from dunlop will be different than a 185/70 13 from goodyear also when disconnecting try blipping the throttle Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

That delay and bang is the driveline wound up due to missmatched tires. google torque bind for a good explination.
