Never fill your gas tank

Featured Replies

Thursday I filled the tank on my Outback and blew a head gasket that night. Friday filled the tank on my GL and had wheel bearings get scary noisy. Is it coincidence that my cars only break down when the tank is full?

Maybe it was on it's last leg anyways, and the extra weight of the full tank just broke it's back? I dunno. That happened to me when I filled my tank, the Outback blew a head gasket.

I had an 1989 crown victoria that after you filled it with gas it wouldnt start. You would half to jump it off the starter solenoid. Funny thing is i sold it to some people who turned around a couple days latter and robbed a gas station, after filling the car with gas lol. Needless to say thats now the police nabbed them. Couldnt start the getaway car.

Ah this is great! I'm getting a good laugh especially ^ one! My Subaru would have a hard time doing a canyon here in Utah when i filled her all the way up. She is so gutless. :-\

This is why i switched to direct deposit. My cars could smell when i got paid and would want some of that money.

I am a firm believer of not filling the gas tank as well. Screwed me way too many times!

Just don't decide to sell your car... Then you'll be chasing so many problems and it will break down continually.
