  1. Okay, imo they need to take that technology, then put it in the 2004-2006 impreza body and you will have a very nice car. Why with the hatchbacks? Please revert back to sedans subaru!
  2. I like it. This will probably be my next Subaru if anyone around here will get rid of one. Too bad the brat had to go away but this is a good replacement
  3. Also at pick and pull on geneva in orem, there is a set of "premium alloys" 13" buy one is cracked. Its a good start though to a nice alloy set.
  4. So forgive my lack of knowledge, but looking to replace my motor. Multiple problems with my current motor, and one cam up locally for sale. Its listed as a EA82 dual port 1.8 liter. How can i tell if i currently have a single port or dual port? My car is a 1994 Loyale EA82. Thanks for your help.
  5. Hey kristan johan, what was the "minor modifications" to get those coilover sleeves to fit?
  6. Hey man, i was at the pick n pull, and there was a GL with the Premium alloy wheels like i have. One was cracked though. But its a good start to a vintage set of alloys. Just a heads up.

  7. Hey just had a question for you. Are you running a LSD on the coupe? Debating converting the loyale to rwd, and wondering what preformance mods it took to get it to drift like that. Better exhaust? LSD or welded diff, intake? Thanks for any info.

  8. Anyone have a pic of where the resistors are or are covered by? I looked once and was stumped. Didn't look hard, was just replacing the glove box.
  9. Nice now for the second question: Who has converted to electric fans only and are they wired together on and off style or otherwise? Worth the effort?
  10. I thought you may just have to cut the axles. Anyone had weird vibrations resulting from the cut axle shaft spinning?
  11. Looking for a link with pics on how to convert the Loyale to RWD. I started messing with an old CV axle, but not sure if there is a trick to removing internals on the outer shaft assembly and then using the external body to hold it all together. And any input on whether its worth it for the "fun" factor. Also thoughts on converting my belt driven fan to a electric fan. Minute power gains? Wire it up as an on off switch, or variable speed? And what fans have you used? Will another stock electric fan clear on the drivers side? Thanks If im not being clear let me know.
  12. Me and a buddy took a snowy canyon adventure. Snow was about 6" deep. Threw her in 4wd, and had at it. It was coming down hard though, and my windshield wiper arms stripped out haha. So we did it rally cross style. I drove cautiously, while my buddy hung out the window and shouted directions.
  13. ripped off my rear bumper plastic. Looking to make it a bit more capable off road, and then build a receiver to mount to the metal bumper, and through the storage compartment. Need to paint it tomorrow.
  14. Also, random tirck.... My button would vibrate at speed, so i fit a penny into the side of the button. No more rattle!
  15. Woah is that what it looks like underneath my ridiculous bumpers? Or is there some metal added there?
  16. haha i would write it up, but im looking in this thread for ideas. I dont have any direction right now. Other than flip the top cap for the rear ea wagons
  17. Or maybe someone has a current write up with pics? Start a new one if anyone is doing the swap currently?
  18. I debate selling mine sometimes so i can buy an old jeep Cj. Maybe even a commando if one were to pop up. I like the idea of crusing an old jeep stock set up. But then freeway sometimes is out of the question. Its a rough decision.
  19. I cross my fingers every day for snow and cuss the snow plows ruining my fun once it does come.
  20. Hey Dantes Inferno. Do you have a pic of this bumper hack? Its got me interested.
