Finally got around to posting some pics of my 84 Brat. The link is

In the first pic you can see the tail pipes. It's got the stock converter, single muffler and runs a single pipe to dual tailpipes, which I just had put on. I hope to fix it up to be a good looking daily driver. It is pretty quiet, the 4hi & 4lo both work good, the tranny shifts pretty good but has the normal sloppyness in the shifter. It hasn't been on the road since 1995 until the other day when I got it licensed and inspected.

Thanks, I'm still not sure if I will put chrome ends on it or not. I have thought about it but I need to do a few other things to it before I start dressing it up. I had to have the exaust done to get it inspected, so I figured I would do it the way I wanted, instead of doing it twice. I just put rear brakes and brake hardware kit on it.

Yeah, I have always liked the Brats and finally found one around here. I have'nt seen one around here for a few years now. A coworker of mine has a buddy who had this one, my wife gave me the ok and I bought it.

Oh thats no worse then running Seafoam thru the air intake and smoking out naybors on a hot summers day (Oops, Sorry!!)

No thats when tranny fluid gets sucked into the intake from the 4WD vaccum selinoid (Hehe) I had mine do that. I guess the rubber diafram was getting old and it was sucking the ATF into the air intake and cause loads of smoke! Look funny. I was driving around town when it happend LAMO!
