My friends and I really want to build a Baja car. We have no idea what do do, though. Should we get a Legacy and work on it? Should we get a Loyale? I know you have to have an engine that was offeref in the model year of your car, so should I get a Legacy and EJ22H it? Or maybe a '91 Loyale and do an ER27 swap? What ever will I do? Help!

I know this sounds ghetto, but I was thinking about some rocker panels on the hatch and I came up with a great idea! Plywood! It's cheap, replaceable and pretty darn tough! (Plus it adds some white trash flavor to your vehicle.) My only problem is... What part of the rust is strong enough to hold bolts?

Okay, I need some input on what the solution might be to my problems... I was going to take the old hatch to the shop, but most of you guys know more about Subes than most of the mechanics I know. (Bear with me here, my knowledge is basically NONE with these things) So... I got some sort of problem with my back wheels slowing down, then locking up (at random) when I am driving--it's scary as heck and probably wreaking some serious havoc on my rubber. I was thinking wheel bearings, what do you guys think? Also, I she's leaking brake fluid like a sieve. What are the possible causes/fixes for that? I thought maybe master cylinder? (Hope not, that's expensive...)
