i just found a free 1993 legacy 4wd turbo sedan for free!!!! i havent seen it yet. the girl rolled the car. but everything still works she says. i have a gl 10 turbo and im wondering what my options are for swapping. does the 93 have the 2.2?would it be a good engine swap or should i just swap the turbo onto mine. i doubt axles or anything will fit on mine...im just wondering what else i can do with this freebee. im very excited:) any input would be helpfull. thanks.

so were you running high boost or something? and is it common for an engine to go while running high boost even with proper cooling? high boost im talking like 12-15psi....im just not really sure how high i want to run my boost dayly. -
hey suberdave. have you done any 1/4 mile runs? how fast is your wagon compared to a wrx? that thing must be fun

sounds good. id like to do that. it would be nice to have 2wd lowrange. has anybody done it? it sounds pretty simple.

thats happened to me twice now. maybe im unlucky. its really easy to change. you can take the metal intake that goes over top off to make it easier.

water injection system

im not sure where to put my resivoir. right now its mickey mouse mounted but once i get my intercooler it will have to be moved. i was thinking if i got a cone air filter it would fit in beside it. but right now the big rump roast silencer is in the way. the resivoir is supposed to last for about as long as a full take of gas. -

I picked up a holley water injection system from my buddies dad. i hooked it all up. i dont have an intercooler in yet but ive got one lined up. i played with it a bit and with a little extra boost. 10psi and no knock. its a nice little setup. i dont think you can get them anymore. i think its a pretty old system but i cant wait to play with it some more. just thought you guys might be interested.

thanks. ive decided im going to weld up my rear diff when i get home. sounds fun and it seems the pros outweigh the cons. -

my xt had a toggle switch for my windshied wipers. one setting for snow and another for normal. it changed where the windshied wiper would stop. on the snow setting it wouldnt tuck down in like normal, it would stay up a little higher....could it be that? -
