yep thats right. you notice the difference on the pic i posted above. yea the later bumpers are same as xt6 but will have 2 hav mod the frame. i was planning on fitting svx engine in 2 my 89 turbo vortex. i also had an guy that could had done the frame mods but in the end it was going to cost heaps any way :-\

i used 2 tow heaps with my lil 88DL 1600 fwd wagon and used to go real long hilly distances. used 2 tow dead cars with an heavy unsprung race car trailer

i beleave there are 4 xt6s in Australia. the front radiotor suports mite have to be modifidyed aye to make room like an xt6 has. see on pic below

Ea81 engines are getting pretty rare here. they have mostly been flogged for aircraft or boat

are the 1800cc head gaskets the same as 1600cc motor or are they different?

haha here most xt turbos are white there are some coloured 1s round tho come to think of it the rx2 leones sold here only really came in white and some silver. the gt verson of the rx2 coupe came in different colours like maroon ive never seen them in any different colours

well i was right. got to wait for subaru to order me 1 from japan.

its an Hitachi cap. in fact they dont even have much of the earlyer ea71 caps 4 the points 1. yea they did cross reference but of all the ea71 stuff nothing matched for electronic ignition disty cap. even the ea81 they found in the catalog was very different. looked at atleast 3 different brands of caps and nothing

also its electronic ignition and if peeps dont know, an omega is an renamed leone / L series

hey peeps. im having some troble trying to find a new after market distributer cap for my 1988 1600 fwd subaru omega wagon. every where i have gone to dose not have any listings for my model cant even find an cap thats simlar :-\ any way dose any 1 know any1 that makes them for my model? and has the code for them i havnt tryed subaru yet for that part, but with my luck it would have to come from japan. and this is my every day car plus also my tow car thanxs

yea i get sick of peeps saying dat my auto xt6 has no go. in the past when either i dragged any 1 of i left them behind. the only time i didnt win was coz the guy had an huge distance on me. my car dont do 2 good now coz da auto is stuffed and almost goes right of the clock the auto was shot ever since i have owned the car
