i thought about a one peice .....but with the 8" lift i think the driveline would be hanging kinda low .......wouldn't it?

please refrain from using silicone for sealant.....it is very acidic and actualy promotes rust....try a more mundane body sealant........i know silicone is handy and everyone uses it....... um just ask your favorite bodyman he will point you in the right direction......i say that cause there are alot of body sealants made ....every body guy has his fav........and i bet ya a dollar it isn't silicone. thats my story and i'm sticking to it.........

i went to the boeing surplus store by seatac .......into their "bit" store .....they have everything.....they had a real nice chamfer bit....it was one dollar........i don't know if the store is still there or not.......most the bits are one use only stuff ....so they are really cheap....

i just replaced mine with a/m from napa.......the ones i took out had a metal edging ....i assume those were stock........the napa ones had no such thing.....i'll do the test of durabilty then. .......prolly blow them right out.......we'll see:D
