So who's stripping EJ22 wiring harnesses these days?
Seems like everyone who was doing them, isn't anymore. Anyone still in the game?

Want something custom for your old school subie? Talk to the BOSS!
That lift i was inquiring about is on the back burner for now. I'm gonna need an EJ adapter here though, so let me know when you make a run of them.

Looks like moosens wagon, with the bashed in rear. Just as clean too. Sucks.

$100 Legacy up and running

The wagon seems to be roadworthy again I'd be up to go check out what Jibs' is getting together for the show, if you were gonna be headed out this way, TSJ- Gas tank pressure
When i removed the canister for a weber swap, I capped the vent line and ended up with what looked like a rolling boil in the vapor separator, and excessive pressure in the tank that made a gurgling sound. Uncapped the line and now it's being vented to atmosphere with no issues. Point being, that it's a safe bet your vent line is clogged with crud.- Ongoing fuel starvation issue '84 GL
Update: So i drove around for a couple of days with the exhaust off, and it seems to have solved my problem. Could have blown a carbon buildup out of the heads Still pretty tired feeling, but i got up to 65 on the speedo w/27's Can't ask for much more than that out of an EA81.- Cat
Drop the exhaust. Take your shop vac to the muffler end. Make sure you've got a good seal, and check the Y pipe inlets for good suction.- Nevada Camping Trip
I'm still up for it. You think it's possible to transport a brat topper with a wagon?- Some interior, stereo, CB Radio work on the 4Runner
smoke! that's nuts. I'd bid on this Alpine, which essentially has the same functions.- I Just brought home a Brat !!! Stoked.
The title situation is about settled with this sucka. Two more weeks according to the district court. I've been reluctant to put any real time into her because of it, but she's sittin pretty on some 26x14's now. I've changed directions with it, as well. Too much rust to not be a wheeler... but not bad enough to treat like a 3rd gen- throttle sticks
Sounds like you don't have a return spring at all. See [here]- Some interior, stereo, CB Radio work on the 4Runner
Have you installed that head unit yet, Brian? Looks like the perfect wheeler unit. I'm tempted, but i want to hear 1st hand what's up with it.- EA81 differences
The earlier EA81 engines had solid lifters, whereas 85' + had hydraulic lifters. I don't know much about the EA81T, but i sure as schat wouldn't buy a rebuild kit for one thinking it would interchange with an N/A motor.- Tires?
See where it says search, at the top of the page, third link from the right. Give it a click. Then advanced search. Highlight the forum of your choice (Older Generation, Offroad, etc.) In the Keyword field, try the terms: Peugeot Wheels ...you get the picture, right?- Nevada Camping Trip
So the 27/28 of June. Is that a plan then?- Tires?
Screw the lift, with your type of budget. Remember, a body lift doesn't actually give you any advantages. It only allows for larger diameter tires to fit in the wheel wells, and it will ,of course, look absolutely awesome. A lift with stock size tires won't net you any additional ground clearance or overall offroad-ability. I've got 205/75/14 tires on an unlifted EA81, with only minimal cutting. Go that route, and save your money for other goodies.- Ongoing fuel starvation issue '84 GL
How exactly would i be able to that?- Ongoing fuel starvation issue '84 GL
The spark from the coil is orange and spans a gap roughly 3/4 of an inchwhen held to bare metal.- Ongoing fuel starvation issue '84 GL
It was perfect. Hard to believe for 200k+ miles. I gutted it out anyway, it was damaged by the cutoff wheel. No clogs in the rest of the exhaust, flows freely. (shop vac test) Next :-\ ...- Nevada Camping Trip
^ ditto. Here's what i pulled from the BLM site: Do not build a fire, campfire, or stove fire (including NO charcoal fires) outside of a developed fee campground or picnic area except by permit (during periods of official fire restrictions, though this is good advice throughout the year); portable stoves using gas or pressurized liquid fuel are ok, but use them only in a cleared area and take great care when you light them; Pretty vague.- Nevada Camping Trip
I haven't truly been camping since i was in WA, so i have the itch. Anyplace where you don't need a permit to piss is fine with me. What's up with the lifted brat Jibs? Sheez, just take WOMBRAT - Nevada Camping Trip
