  4. A Metallica mailbox? Now that sounds really neat Way to cover for yerselph. Nice lookin' wagon for two bills.
  5. Something like this would be a lot more feasible.
  6. Anyone have access ? Need to know some history, my brat thanks you.
  7. I think it was a fair deal. I'm gonna need two mirrors, but they shouldn't be hard to find locally.
  8. Check your tank vent lines for blockage ! The excessive pressure build up can cause this kind of symptom, especially the fuel cutting "after 15 min. of driving" sorta theng.
  9. Thought about it. NO. They were safely released into the wild. It was for sale about 6 months ago for $1000, but then it disappearedinto the guys shop. It's got a new rad, water pump, tires, fresh oil. Wasn't neglected, just not loved enough i guess. Title is in the works. I'll get some pics of the rust for you bratman, when it stops raining here in arid northern NV.
  10. Plans are to do some body work (notice where some idiot whacked off the mirrors, denting both doors) Take care of the rust Paint it Different wheels/tires. It'll definitely not be a wheeler.
  11. 1985 GL Brat. 165k miles. Hydro-lifter EA81 runs better than my other 2 subarus Here's the sweet part ... it was LESS than $200. and i drove it home Fun tops don't leak at all. Carpet stained, but no rips. Dash is gorgeous. Some rust, but you East Coasters would laugh at it. Needs a battery. Included a bed full of tumbleweeds under a low topper. more pics here
  12. None of this is worth it for some ************ty wagon wheels !!!
  13. JF2AT53B9FE503903 Greenley(at)ultimatesubaru(dot)org Much appreciated.
  14. Don't you love it! Very nice Brat
  15. Sir bratman18, do you see rockers that would apply to a Brat in their catalog?
  16. Do these wheels have an offset beneficiary to your FF-1 project? A "buy it now" of $205 USD is not too bad, considering. Babel Fish translations leave a lot to be desired, could just be a minor blem. "There is a strain by the nick in the place of the 2nd photograph. Remainder is not good. Because they are rather old ones, because of sense, we ask with junk treatment. So we ask may." By this statement, i conclude that there is some rash, as pictured, and the rest are in fairly nice shape. As you can see the "state of commodity [is] medieval times"
  17. Here you go bratman: yahoo! japan
  18. If you question whether you need to replace a potentially faulty fuel pump, before embarking on a 5500 mile journey, perhaps you should consider flying instead? Really though, replace it. Keep the old one in the trunk. Check this out as well: http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=30384&highlight=Road+trip
  19. Chinatown, for Japanese translation? The characters look nothing alike between Asian languages, i can't imagine a Chinese dood being able to decipher Japanese.
  20. lostinthe202 has it exactly right! I'm down the hill, in Gardnerville. I can show you a few things about cv axles and the irritating small stuff
  21. I would give my left thumb for a rootbeer brown BRAT w/ orange and white targa stripes. Can you get some pictures of it?
