that bottom idler pulley ........Is that a suby OEM part ......its orange and it looks like a single roller baring. the top idler is black and looks like a double roller shouldn't the bottom one look like the top?

my guess it was not changed at 100,000 you got 130,000 on the factory belt.

I got a near new 2 row twin fan all brass radiator. will it work? I could get resized hose inlets and outlets put on, i can make it fit but will it work 96 2.2 OBW 5mt ac works............... Its just a idea.......I like brass better than plastic & aluminum thank you

im doing my 1st one its a piece of cake so far and I dont for see any problems plus thats what this board is for to help people. after all we got you to take you out covers off at least pull the rad, front drive, and plastic cover off and check out your idlers my belt looks new but the idlers are shot....... new belt idlers seals,waterpump on the coffee table right now with the hayes manual

I all so am waiting on a comment on those pics of the belt. Im my case my belt looks better than yours but I did find a loose spun slopy idler barring

thank you guys Ok the way Im reading this .780 is the taller gear and if I used that I'd possably get better mileage right now Im getting 31 mpg. Im guessing I got the .871 , My reason of guessing OBW taller tires only needs the shorter gear and what Will said in post 2
