  1. if you have no friends to tote about, there's always the back seat and trunk option.
  2. my legacy had a problem similar to that. it ended up being the camshaft sensor.
  3. check out the case "McFerson v. Buick". it's kinda the same issue. it's about a buick wheel that fell apart during travel, Buick was held liable.
  4. as far as i understand subaru wheels fit subarus.. period. shouldn't matter what model.
  5. I just recently hit 100K miles on my 96 legacy and i was wondering, who on the board holds the record for highest mileage?
  6. you can get a 2.0L twin turbo legacy engine from japan with around 30k on it for about a grand. look on ebay, they're always there.
  7. good point. and with how much property damage you said you have, i don't think that getting wendy's to pay for your nissan rad should be top priority
  8. less back pressure is good, more flow. but, however, no back pressure is a bad thing. it's a sensitive item.
  9. in general yes. it seems that more and more suvs and getting full height donuts.
  10. did you try backing up? but seriously, not their fault. and it's been too long now for you to be able to prove that it was their fault. you leave the lot, then as far as they're concerned, it happened after you left. sorry, dish out the cash and stop blaming people for your mistakes. are you related to the people who tried to sue McDonalds for making them obese?
  11. it will definiatly be louder and throatier...possibly. it all really depends on the car. with some cars, if you remove the cat, they sound mean and beefy. other, on the other hand, sound like a lawn mower.
  12. but my question is... would installing the fuse improve gas mileage? i was talking to the guys at work about this and one said no and one said yes. i would thinkg that it would because the engine is powering less parts...the whole rear end...one of the guys agreed. now, the other guy said that running it with the FWD fuse in would cause the same, if not worse gas mileage because it's not like unlocking the hubs on a pickup, the engine still has to pull all the parts in the back, thus needing more power. what do you guys think?? (sorry...i might be taking over your thread....)
