My subaru is driving... Its so fast its hilarious! Little green wagon just SMASHIN down the block hee hee. Is it normal to whine in 1st gear? And it kinda is hard to shift the gears like the synchros are bad maybe? Other then that the car is awesome. Very pleased! I just gotta hook up the 4wd linkage and take emissions maybe tomorrow.

What the heck is that? I don't wanna guess and just make the idiot guess thats in my head! Well maybe I will anyway.

I guess sense I have an EA81T wagon with a 5spd d/r I should prolly start sporting the STI emblem huu... LOL:banana:

Go to the dealer its under warranty right? My 1970 volvo does that same thing with the hit the gas and doesn't move when its cold. It might just be a fussy car when its cold. I dunno about the freeway bucking. I say take it to the dealer and complain.:argue:

I have no more rubbing. My rubbing issue was actually my turbo's splash gaurd rubbing on the cv joint. I got that fixed today, and it doesn't rub there anymore. My brakes are sticking though:brolleye: Galen, are u good with brakes?

Could I have said that more in a joking manor? Austin u fogot to look at my clutch cable! Dork!

And I'm saying... With a 1/4" spacer to lower the tranny 1/4" It should work on what was a ea81 automatic 4wd car.

Sorry if I sounded mad... I wasn't, After all I did complete this with some help. But I think we all know how to use a wrench. :wave: I think maybe for wagons Jerry, that maybe u could make a spacer for the cross member, which would drop the tranny down and there would be no problems. I'm just gonna use washers.

Ya just was never told that it wasn't designed for my car... I thought all ea81 subarus it would work on.

why not stack some washers on the crossmember bolts to drop the tranny down a couple mm.- Yes that was a thought... I still may do it and see if it helps any. But right now, I have to go to PAP.

I am also having the rubbing issues. Jerry, I thought ur kit was supposed to make all these problems go away! Why are we having soo much issues with rubbing? And u didn't reply to my email which wasn't cool...:-\ I will look under my car tomorrow and take pics of it, hopefully we can figure it out and make it stop rubbing. I don't think mine is rubbing as bad as urs, cause I made that special mount to hold up the shift linkage. I will take a pic of that too. It has so much more room when I took that dumb mount out, and grinding went down to a minimum. I can get my car in 5th gear no problem but I haven't tryed it at speed. Just shifting threw the gears. I guess I will stop by tomorrow after this PAP thing... I will call u soon about that to see whats going on.:wave:

Austin's is the one way off the ground and with the nice less cool front end, but painted lol. Dude that is one DUSTY!!! subaru! Holly crap! Looks nice though, has the really neat front end cause its not a turbo right? Does it run good?

i have an alfa 1750 gtv- We had a 67 alfa gta and a 72 alfa gtv! I want the 67 back, i could get it for 500$. Pretty sweet cars! Oh and ya I build plastic and metal models. But not anymore cause I work on the real cars. :brolleye:

yay my rc car is in that 1st pic ha ha. I spent 150$ on on my 83 turbo wagon, but it needed work but the interior and exterior are really nice. I get lucky though...
