  1. Damn good turn out and weather this year... Wish I coulda made it. Oh well hopefully next year.
  2. Lol yes hes a famous rapper. Youtube Tpain i'm on a boat.
  3. Since when did Tpain drive a subaru? Welcome... And I liked your music video about being on a boat.
  4. Hey... I think they are more like 28's and I didn't trim my fender I trimmed my front and rear bumpers Fenders were fine. And yes that was probably about 500lbs of wood at least in the back in that photo!
  5. It may be bigger then Austin's but its still running 4.11 Awd tranny so its not so capable. I need a job so I can fix that problem.
  6. Hey Scott its Matt in Seattle, I am the guy who came up with Austin the last time. Anyway... Austin was saying you are going to be gone for a week and he can't get ahold of you to let you know that he was planning to come up today to get my lift. He also let me know that he changed his mind about his lift kit and he doesn't care about his hyperextended axles. I however DO care about mine and do not want clicky axles anymore. So I still want the 2" strut 3" body lift in the front and 3 in body 3" strut in the rear for the extra weight i will often be carrying. I am now confused as to what my Center support lift block should.

  7. Ha No o2 sensor plugged in on my 92 legacy turbo wagon once when I was having my exhaust done. It got 8mpg highway. It regularly does 22-27 now. I was actually watching the gas gauge go down pretty much constantly. It sucked!
  8. I don't really see why the sway bar would cause this. Its really noticable... I guess I could take it off, this car is going to be my offroader anyway so I suppose taking the sway off will give the car better flex. I drove up my buddies driveway last night... The side of it which is about a 3 foot ledge with just the RR wheel. OMG this thing made it up it and the other wheels were all planted on the ground. I couldn't believe it haha. I guess tomorrow I will take the sways off. Anyone know just how scary this thing is going to be to drive with no sway bars?
  9. And I did do a search on threads about it and couldn't find anyone complaining that it made their front CV's click under acceleration... I had this problem. Also another note is that the rear struts were an extreme pita to line up without taking the swaybar off and lowering the car onto a jackstand (is that normal?) My axles are brand new subaru axles as of about a week ago. It seems as if the axles need to be longer. I have read on here that you don't need anything else to lift these cars other then the struts. But it seems to me like I may need the outback antilift kit or maybe longer axles? The angle of the axle doesn't appear to me to be to extreme but they may just be stretched more. If anyone knows whats going on please let me know what I gotta do to fix this problem. Thanks!
  10. I might be able to make it. Tried to make it to the tree run, had to go to the hospital and have a baby instead.
  11. Well I am going to try to make it, but if I can't put a clutch in my legacy tomorrow I don't know if its going to happen. I'll bring the whole family if I do though.
  12. They were never imported to america so yes that makes the very rare in the states.
  13. ah ya I know how that goes... 600 impreza turns into 9k impreza?
  14. Can't believe I found a fool stoopid enough to buy that pos legacy lol. J/K had too!!! Can't wait to see ya out there with my new rally car muhahaha. Shooting for Oregon trail rally 08. And it wasn't that much money haha.
  15. Man that thing is LOW!!! Nice roof vents they look sweet. Congrats on the beating the sti's... Its not the cars first time doing that however
  16. HAHA subie ***** had to ride in my old car bet she loved that lmao. How do you like my old car?
  17. Truely sad weekend for me... He was my hero! I looked forward to meeting him someday too. Rip C. McRae
  18. Ya it has a tach that doesn't work and a speedo that also doesn't work. I am kind of wondering how the engine is going to run because there will be no subaru speed sensor hooked up? I have been busy with a new job and waiting for the bellhousing to show up from germany.
  19. Woot... Got my motor ordered my RJES bellhousing from britan this vanaroo/subagon is gonna be one sleeper haha. starting with a fully rebuilt motor. can't wait to hit the road with it. Looks like i'm going to be running a wrx lightweight flywheel, vw stage 2 clutch disk subaru wrx pressure plate, RJES bellhousing which is setting me back about 1300$ ouch! Wiring modifications to plug into the vw harness $750.00 crossmember is gonna be about 500.00. Then the coolant line kit is going to be another 250.00. Painful but its going to be one sweet sleeper van. :burnout:
  20. I especially like the string struts! Keep us updated I may want to do this on my dads subaru or something.
  21. ya but no lol. That whole rear subframe was twisted...
