  1. Austin, Patti, and I managed to figure out what was wrong with my turbo wagon. The disty was 180* off from factory specs, so the plug wires where in the right spot but disty was 180* off ... So we drove it from my house to Austin's where it is now. I was having some od sputtering issues and loss of power issues. At one point i was gunning it and it just lost power going up a hill, didn't die! But it didn't go untill I reved it up and dumped the clutch and spun out. After putting it up on jacks and Austin tinkering with the Disty a little we got it to run pretty good. But now its idling at about 1300rpms and its at the lowest setting it can go. Tomorrow where going to put on the speedometer cable and try to connect the 4wd linkage. (PAIN!) Anyway... Anyone know if a O2 sensor would make the car idle way too high?
  2. Did it go CLUNKA CLUNKA RRRRRRRRKKKKK CLUNKA CLUNCK CLUNK? Cause thats what my turbo wagon did before I did my 5spd d/r swap. When we took the auto out the oil was burned had metal chunks in it and the little rod in the front of the tranny was all twisted and stuff. It wouldn't go past 1st gear and would only go about 4 miles an hour. Just wondering if thats what was happening too?
  3. Oops! I figured sense the pic of it was posted like 10 minutes after I said that, that the question was answered. If u make something up like 5" x 4" it would work wouldn't it?

  5. There on my RX and there on the Turbo wagon. But the rx ones are after market but I think the mounting brackets are factory. I don't know the size but I will be under the car tomorrow and i'll check for ya, unless someone else figures it out.

  7. Lots of RWD drifting experience, aah some auto cross, 2 rally crosses, playing in the woods. Um ya I like to think i'm a really good driver. (better then Andrew lol)
  8. I thought Ea-82's had coils in the rear? So how much is it to get an SCCA membership? And will it still be $20 instead of $30 or will it be $25?
  9. An increase in non-member (SCCA) entry fee to $30. Thats ridiculous! The price of $25 is already too much! So is it gonna be $20 or $25 for scca members now?
  10. We changed the coil on my turbo wagon, and now its getting 12v from the coil to the disty. But it is getting no power at all to the plugs. How hard is it to change the disty? What part of it could be bad? Thanks in advance...

  12. Maybe you should Disconnect the battery so the air bag doesn't break your face? Or is there some reason you can't?
  13. The video clip won't work on my computer. Maybe cause you have a Mac? The tint looks nice... Are u worried people will think U have nice stuff in there that u are trying to hide and break in? (There turbo mirrors Junkie...)

  18. When I looked the code up for my car it meant the same damn thing.
  19. I have a ea81T wagon and am also getting code 11, so Is Galen! And my car too won't idle down. It did not have this problem when I bought it! Something is screwy... I have a 5spd D/r in it. And it won't idle below 1000rpms
  20. I used it on several spots on my subaru that where showing rust. It leaves a very nice hard surface and is been a year and the rust hasn't come back. We also used it on the 1800S under the hood where brake fluid had eaten away at the metal, fiberglassed it and it looks like new. Good stuff!

  24. Ya where two annoying people who actually find each other quite annoying lol.
  25. I saw 6 different SVX's yesterday all within 3 hours most where the same color as Dan's 2 where green, one was pearl. I'm sure the maroon ones wheren't all the same car lol.
