  1. Thank you all for the pictures! But this can´t be all! Come on, don´t be shy!
  2. I own a 1988 Toyota Camry 2.0 GLi Automatic which I partly restored two years ago. I don´t drive it during winter and in everyday-traffic anymore, so it hardly drives 1000 miles a year, but it´s very rare in Austria, so people are looking at it when I cruise by. Think of selling it next year. L
  3. C´mon guys, there must be a camera in your ownership to take a picutre or two of your Subarus and show them here! Don´t be shy! L
  4. Oh, a Pinzgauer! Very nice car! It was developed and produced in my hometown Graz, so I am always happy to see a Pinzgauer in loving hands!
  5. Hi! I would like to see all your newer generation Subarus, if you dont mind. Here is mine to start with. It is a 1999 Legacy 2.0 GL AWD Sedan with 5MT and without dual/range (only the stationwagon had it). It´s got 156.000 almost troublefree miles on the clock and is running wonderful. I want to keep it as long as possible, let´s see how long it runs. It is completely stock and I don´t want to change that, it is perfect how it is. Fast on the Autobahn, uses not much fuel, comfortable and reliable. What more could you want. I am the third owner, but I know the former two owners well. They looked very good after the Legacy, so it is in phantastic condition for it´s age and mileage. Now show yours! Lukas
  6. I used my 00 Legacy 2.0 GL as a winter-car, completely stock condition. Only winter-tires on it. I would say the most important thing is to keep the car well-maintained!
  7. These are standard-Leone-ones. In europe, we got them too...
  8. So this is the late version, if I recall right...
  9. Are they all 4-headlamp-versions? They all got the 4 front lights, but mine has got the old front with single headlamps and big chrome frames... Were those early versions like mine available as sedans? They also got a different steering wheel and instrument panel, look at mine: We got the 180 kilometres per hour JDM-speedo too...
  10. Thanks for showing me some pics and telling some anecdotes about the very rare sedan... Would love to see more pics... Lukas
  11. Would love to see pics of random EA81 Sedans still on the road, maybe the mechanic does´nt mind...
  12. Very good pics, thanks! So there are a few sedans on this board. Now we have two Sedans. It´s sad that subeman90 sold his beauty. Maybe some more will occure... I am also happy if you show me pics of random EA81 Sedans on the road... Lukas
  13. No EA81 Sedans here? As I thought... But I would love it if you prove me wrong. Maybe I did not say it wright. I meant, the EA81 Sedan is the rarest EA81 here on this board I think. Except the Convertible, but these are not factory built, I believe. Lukas
  14. Hi! I woult like to see all your Sedans, because I have got one "new" now and I think the Sedan is the rarest EA81. Here´s mine: Let´s see yours! Lukas
  15. Thanks for your opinion! My only fear is that the parts will get more and more worn out because of the rain and snow and sunshine and so on. I fear that the interieur will get wet and ugly and the chrome will loose it´s shine. Of course it´s already not that beautiful anymore because the car spent lot´s of years outside, but my fear is that it will get worse and one day it´s just crap... :-\ I really don´t know what to do. I appreciate every single opinon! Thanks! Lukas
  16. But my parts car is not saveable, or only at a very high effort of money. It was badly rear ended, the trunk is completely crashed and the doors wont open. What do you guys think? Is it better to strip it and store the parts at our house, or should I leave the car at my dealers yard as it is? My friends around here are not very helpful. One says strip it, the other one says leave it in one piece, the third one says strip it, the forth one... Help me please! I don´t have experience with parts cars, I really don´t know what to do. Thats how it looks like: Lukas
  17. Hey! I bought me a parts car for my 81 Leone 1800 Sedan and now I don´t know what to do with it... :-\ It sits at my dealers backyard for nearly 10 years now and I am aloud to leave it there. Should I go and part it out, or should I leave it in one piece? I really don´t know, because basically I do not need the parts from that car. My 1981 Sedan has a nearly new interieur, has rustfree doors, good glass and so on. So I do not need parts now, but maybe I need parts in the future. Storage is not the problem, my parents own a big house, so I am able to keep the interieur, the doors and the glass there. Should I part my 1983 parts car out, take the rustfree doors, the good glass, the new interieur and scrap the rest of the body? Or should I leave it there and only take parts if I really need them? I really don´t know, because it´s my first time having a parts car. Can you give me your opinion? Thanks! Lukas
  18. I am here, because on every other subaru board you only read things about the Impreza. Everything is turbo and STI and hood scoops and races against porsches and so on. And thats different here. I like the Leone II and III most, and so do a lot of people here. Of course, the Impreza Turbo is a phenomenal car, but I hate people who think that Subaru = WRX STI. And so I am here. For almost four years now! L
  19. Every Impreza Wagon/Legacy/Outback/Forester with manual transmission and without turbo has got the dual range standard. L
  20. And that´s the way it looks in summer: I got a pair of pm´s, asking für the specs. So here they come: It´s an EL15 engine, basically jdm and developed for japan, connected with a manual transmission and dual range, so 12 gears to use... The engine has 105hp, runs nearly 190km/h on our autobahn and needs between 9 and 12 litres gas on 100km. It revs up to 7350 rpm and sounds like a turbine... Of course it´s not perfect, the brakes are jdm too and not good for hard and fast driving and the fuel consumption is to high too! But overall, I like this little car a lot. Sometimes people think it´s a WRX... L
  21. My 07 Impreza 1.5R 5MT DualRange: Now it´s got nearly 20.000km on the clock. And my dad owns this 05 Outback 2,5i 5MT DualRange with 40.000km on the clock: L
  22. OMG, the two tone Imp looks just so... ugly... :-\ I am glad we don´t get them over here. But also with the single color paint, it looks like a Mazda 3. It also sounds like a Mazda 3. But the interior of the Mazda 3 has a lot more quality. I was so disappointed when I saw the interior of the 08 Imp. The dash is made of very cheap plastic, the inside of the doors is just cheap plastic, it´s just not premium. The old 05/06/07 dash is soft when you touch it, the new dash is only made of hard and cheap plastic. Maybe the outside look will grow on me, but the inside won´t. Lukas
