  7. What John says too..I have done it myself and even after a check..recheck..and recheck it was wrong. You know this is all going to be something really simple that when its solved you are going to be :banghead:when all said and done.
  8. Rico...try this trick if you think that those boots could be the problem...Get the boot wet right at the base where the wire comes through..use WD40..push the boot back till the contact is flush with the edge of the boot..or even sticking out some...clip it on the plug then gently push the boot back over the plug. Depending on where you got the wires ..I have had that issue before.. If that doesnt work...put in in the van and bring it to me...I will get it running for you:-p;)
  9. I KNOW that road is fun...did it last year with my XT6 on garbage tires. Wish it wasnt 14+ hours away cause I want to run it again with the Imppy AND the coupe ( just for SnGs). And Paul..You know I LOVE Lil Darling...I had one of her siblings.

  13. I dont have the complete EA82 set up anymore...chucked that all when I swapped Bucky to rear disk...but I have brand new..still in plastic EA82 drums That need a home..I doubt the coupe needs drums..juat some new pads and shoes..But I thought if I could use them I would.

  15. LOL..I made these awesome sausage and peppers yesterday in the crock pot....Of course there are the ingredients needed for Chicken Fried Steak and Gravy...So..the whole grocery store should be enough:grin:
  16. Thanks guys..I should have looked them up first...seems the EA81 FWD rear drums have a diameter of 8.32" and the EA82 FWD rear drums have a diameter of 9.07" Guess I wouldnt be that lucky huh?:-\
  17. I so agree on the color thing..I dont like the newport Blue or the Topaz baby poop gold.. Love the Black Silver ( suprised me cause I am not a silver person) and ...of course ..the Pearly White. I saw an Aspen white STi and just :slobber:. I am very impressed the the 2.5 actually..peppy..and decent on gas ..I got 10,500 miles on mine already and I get 28 mpg average mixed.
  18. LOL.. I think Tommy may have a problem with that... I think he is going to starve while I am out there..you should have seen how bad it was when I was sick for that week. And Jess...you like how I made SURE you got it?? Oh Rob..you have a crock pot??:-p

  20. I am just wondering..are the rear drums for...say a FWD EA82 compatable with the rear drums for say..an EA81 FWD?? Little coupey may need brakes and I still have these brand new EA82 drums here..This is until I find the donor for a rear disk swap. I am wondering if these will work or not...thanks a million!!

  23. There are 2 breather hoses one going to each side of the crank case..One or both may be clogged...I had the same problem years ago with my 88 GL wagon ..simple cheap fix..Once replaced..no more problem...and mine was bad enough that when you turned left at speeds the oil would get into the SPFI and...smoke cloud stall!!
  24. And then you woke up?? :-p:grin: J/K!!!!!!!! ( Love you Lil Bro)
