You can usually buff them back out... I use a product called "Novus" it's a 3 part set that is made for motorcycles windshields.

I'd love to have a set of those for my 84 Brat....

I think keeping Pheebie is the wisest move, as she will hopefully be as reliable as her twin sister "CeePee" that my daughter drives.... Do yourself a favor, asn go ahead and replace the valve cover gaskets and then the cam and crank seals as soon as you do the t-belt on her,(and maybe a new water pump while you're in there) then she should be good for quite a while:headbang: No mattter what anyone says..the Impreza's are tough little cars...

They all run except the SVX parts car..since it's motor is currentely in my XT6:cool:

I'm pretty sure the ER27 t-belts and idlers are wider than their EA82 counterparts...But worth checking..

Cool...it's a right side I was interested in anyway....so I could always drill a new hole for the antenna...

I'm new to the Brat world...(but not to Subarus:grin: ) And have found that 81 GL fenders are available aftermarket...will they fit on a 84 Brat? As they look to be the same.... Also, does anyone make an aftermarket rocker panel for them? Thanks, Huck

Actually, there has only been 3 deaths there this year.....BUT there are MULTIPLE accidents there daily, especially on the summer weekends....

So move down here, and I'll show you some new trails..... Of couse you just landed a great job up there.....
