:trying to stay calm:...any color, as long as its not the loyale ones with the auto seatbelt feature...those wont fit because of the bracket (i've tried)...be interesting if you do find one since the two i use to have also came from denver have a tan interior but the seats are gray/mats are grey so it really doesnt matter what color... now i will keep my fingers crossed and hope for good karma thanx at least for looking! alan

Really need cruise control :(
well, my commute from lynnwood to tukwila 5 days a week is really taking its toll on my feet...they both have peripheral neuropathy and really do ache after the drive...i have the aftermarket dealer installed cruise where you push forward on the stalk and then click the end to engage but nothing happens..my mechanic says everything is there but it doesnt work and isnt worth the time to try and fix...but i really need it to work as my commute will soon be dupont to tukwila 5 days a week...any tips/suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated!

hose from air cleaner to atmosphere..plug it??
noticed when i was trying to find my vacuum leak that there is hose coming from the drivers side of the air cleaner...its around 6-8 inches long and points down and is open, venting to the atmosphere i suppose...can i plug it? i keep getting kind of an exhaust smell in the cabin and am wondering if thats the culprit....

FIXED! SEE lst post....UPDATE!! Help needed after high pressure washing engine :(

FIXED! SEE lst post....UPDATE!! Help needed after high pressure washing engine :(
well, fiinally got it fixed..turn out to be a loose vacuum hose..it was on just enough so it looked like it was ok, had the gray plastic on the end and it looked like it was in the other side but, it wasnt...so, after installing new wires/rotor/cap/pap coil...all is well thanx everyone for the ideas/tips and suggestions!! See my post on page 2... well, went and highpressure washed the 86 carbed wgn's engine...started right up then died, started it back up and idled it at around 3k for about 10 min...let foot off gas, died...wouldnt start...took disty cap off, water in the top, cleaned out, started, made it up with the occasional stumble, backfire etc...went out next day, engaged choke, started right up, kicked it down to idle after about 5 minutes, died...what's the deal? keep on cleaning out the disty cap? check and or replace wires? replace disty and if so what years will work? i do know i knocked off the hose to the vacuum advance and the port was open for at least some of if not all the time i was spraying water in there... ideas? tips? suggestions? thanx!
